Product Claim, Packaging & Consistency. As the product describes, it is supposed to brighten the under eye area as well as the inner corner areas of the eyes. It has a slight peachy color correcting tone which helps to correct darkness as well as blue/green under the eyes. I really like the squeeze tube packaging, and think the amount of product you get for the price is very reasonable. The consistency of this product is very light, not thick, but not watery - kind of in between. It blends very easily and smoothly, and although it has a lot of pigmentation, it seems to "sink into" the skin a bit

My Results. So again, since my "circles" aren't necessarily drastic, I realize this may not be the most enlightening before & after pictures you have ever seen, but if you look closely, you can see that the product does do what it claims to do: "diffuse the appearance of under eye darkness and help brighten the appearance of the eyes". I feel it does this for me, and does a good job of both brightening and correcting my under eye and inner corner areas. As you can see from the first photo I have some blue/green veins you can primarily see under my right eye as well as some shadows underneath both eyes, and two darker splotchy areas underneath my inner corners that it did a pretty good job of covering up. You can still see them slightly, but overall the brightening effect it gives me does seem to make a difference in the overall appearance around my eyes. Please note that the permanent reddish broken capillary on the left side of my upper cheek (your right, my left ;) ) cannot be covered by this peachy concealer. I know I should use a more greenish tinted corrector, then a concealer to cover that completely, but typically I just use my MAC Studio Finish concealer which is super-thick to conceal it well enough for my eyes (although the sucker still loves to shine through...) So, yes maybe I will be in the market to add a green concealer to my collection next if you have any recommendations, I would appreciate it a lot! (Just not sticky or heavy because my oily skin will melt right through everything like a laser beam O.O)
Application Tips. I found the application instructions from Coastal Scents a bit backwards for how I typically apply my makeup. I decided to give it a try and found that it worked out pretty well, although if you apply an inner corner eyeshadow highlight shade (as I usually do) I would suggest doing that as a final step, because if you apply the inner corner shade first, then you are trying to blend in the Eye Bright around that inner corner highlight then some of the shadow does tend to mix in with it, so things could be looking a little sparkly underneath there! I learned after the first application at least for me, that is what I should do in the future. The second time I used this product I was having the hardest time getting the product to sink into my skin and it would almost seem to disappear even when I would apply more on top, and then I was finding it settling into my fine lines! I was so disappointed. The next day (this photo) I decided to try it again, but remembered that the previous time when I had been doing my face makeup, I had applied my sunscreen all the way up under my eyes, as well as applied foundation to my under eye area as well. This time, I made sure to keep the area as free from products as possible, and the above result is what I got. It was easily blend-able, did not settle into my lines and was not hard to work with. So of course now it make sense to me that this product needs to blend directly into my skin, and not mix in with another product, which is why I was having issues with it.
Lasting Power. I do not have an office job where my makeup is required to stand up to 10 hours of wear, so typically my makeup is on my face for only about 5 hours where it needs to look good, and then the other hours until bed time are spent staring at my computer, which doesn't really care what I look like. I do inspect what my makeup looks like after being on my face for 12 hours, however and I can say this product does last under my eyes without too much degradation. I would like to experiment by setting it with a very lightweight powder to see what that does. I think I need a more finely milled product than what I have now, though.
Overall, I am very pleased with this product and think it suits me well. It comes in four shades: ivory, light, medium & dark, but from what LisaSz09 shows in her video, swatching both the light and the medium, the medium is very dark, so you may want to reference her video before purchasing if you are unsure.

I would love to hear if you have tried out this product & what you think of it! It is actually my very first Coastal Scents purchase and so I'm curious about what other products are good!
Here are the video reviews of this product I mentioned above and found to be very helpful! I will probably be featuring this product in my foundation routine video very soon. :)
